This was my first sighting of a black rhino. I was lucky and it was possible only because of the great efforts of our excellent guide Jackson. It was raining when we saw the rhino in the evening. There was a streak of sunlight peeping through the clouds and falling gently behind the rhino. I realised this was indeed a unique photo opportunity. I decided to capture the rhino as a silhouette shot showing the rain drops. The light colour in the background on the horizon is the evening cloudy sky and trees blending into the bokeh. I had to adjust my settings quickly as the rhino was fast heading for the nearby shrubs.
