Photography is a great passion for Lee-Anne and consumes her in a positive, joyful way. It's when she's close to nature and outdoors that she feels her best - truly food for her soul. Lee-Anne feels blessed to live in South Africa where the sun shines every day, the beaches and landscapes are stunning and the wildlife mesmerising. Lee-Anne holds the title of The Greatest Maasai Mara Photographer of the Year 2019. Her greatest moment in the Mara was on a morning where the plan was to go in search of lions. Soon a call came on the radio that the famous five (a coalition of five cheetah brothers) had been spotted. They instantly changed direction and came across the magnificent sight of the brothers warming themselves in the early morning sun. Soon the cheetahs set off across the plains and she followed them as they scent marked trees, or played and pounced on one another. She spent a wonderful morning observing them and enjoying their presence and will treasure that morning forever!
