Description: It's a ruthless world in Mara. When food is scarce, the creatures turn against each other. Protecting it's catch, the Marabou stork is now faced head on with the hungry scavenging African Fish Eagle.

Story from behind the lens: By using a 400 mm lens I could stay far without distracting the birds. Using a green Land Rover as a hide, I could photograph the bird action without any disturbance.
