Description: Early morning at the marsh when Logol walked by our vehicle and looked up at us making a connection that I'll never forget.

Story from behind the lens: We decided to spend the morning at the marsh looking for Pamoja and her cubs. Instead we came across Logol and Half Tail in early morning light walking through the grass. I was able to capture some images of Half Tail taking in the scenery while Logol decided to walk up to our vehicle and give us some close up soulful looks. It was so beautiful and memorable.
