Story from behind the lens: We raced the sunrise down from the Angama Mara lodge to capture this giraffe silhouette with the hot air balloon passing by in the distance. I titled this image, “This is Africa” because to me this is what I picture in my head every time I think of going on safari and this was an image I wanted badly and on this morning all of the elements came together.
