Story from behind the lens: Being a first time visitor in Kenya, my expectations were to see a few giraffes, zebras and maybe, if I was lucky, a lion. Getting to such a magical place, and seeing such a majestic animal, feels like the world stopped for a moment. The wind was blowing, the jeep was off, and the sound of the overheated lion and its stride on the dry grass echoed through. So calm, yet so focused, that majestic animal walked by as if we were not even there. In a moment, I stopped contemplating, and took a picture. This moment will forever be in my mind.
