Description: Leopard carrying the head of its prey
Story from behind the lens: Behind the Lens, patience and persistence paid off as a sleepy leopard turned into a stealthy predator. After a long wait, the leopard vanished, only to reappear with a Thompson gazelle carcass under the watchful eyes of three hyenas. Amidst the feast, the leopard dropped the carcass, keeping the severed head in its mouth. Once the hyenas left, the leopard approached our vehicle, showcasing its powerful presence, with the severed head as a haunting trophy.
