Description: A female elephant catches up with her herd

Story from behind the lens: The early morning in the African savanna is always special for me. I am not quite awake yet but I am overexcited of what will come out of the darkness. We were on our way to the park when James, our guide, spotted the silhouette of an elephant coming our way. We decided to stop the car and wait to see if she will approach. She passed right by us paying no attention to my excitement. This is what I needed to be fully awake and ready for the rest of the morning.
