Story from behind the lens: A lion feasting on a stolen Cape Buffalo after chasing away the Hyenas. After gorging on the flesh, he started dragging away the carcass to safer grounds and repeatedly kept calling out for his brother to join him in the feast. As he was dragging the bull, I found this interesting angle where the sun shone on his face, lighting up his eyes on both sides of the buffalo horn.
