Description: A lion stalking a female topi that lost her baby in a cheetah killing the day before.

Story from behind the lens: In Olare Motorogi Conservancy we were lucky enough to see many, many lion sightings. This lion was stalking a female topi that was still looking for the baby she lost the day before in a cheetah kill we saw on our first day. The group of lions did not seem very hungry, but we think were just being opportunistic because the still distraught topi was wandering around in what seemed like a daze. We loved the action and sightings in Olare, and loved our guide Daniel.
