Story from behind the lens: The elusive cat of the Mara, Bahati! What an amazing cat, we got news that she had made a kill not too far off from where we were, so we headed out in that direction. By the time we got there, she had already dragged the kill up the tree and was well into her meal. We figured that she will be thirsty at some point so let's just hang out and wait for her to come down. We waited a good few hours when she finally decided too come down. As she circled the tree and decided in which direction she wanted to go in, she seemed to be sniffing the air as it picked up in the wind, may be she caught a sent of something, I don't know. But I managed to get this amazing shot, as the grass bent over in her direction and her body perfectly curved in the opposite direction.
