Description: Selenkei and her three cubs

Story from behind the lens: We followed Selenkei and her three cubs for two days in the Olare Motorogi conservancy. They had not fed in the previous two days and a clearly hungry Selenkai led her cubs on a long trek to find food. After a number of unsuccessful attempts, she found a perfect vantage point to scan the horizon and the tiny cubs joined her on the mound. Soon later we saw her kill an Impala, much to our relief as they all were in desperate need of food.
