Story from behind the lens: I have always enjoyed coming across a herd of zebra. The stark black and white of the female if the foreground coupled with the blurred background of her herd mates and the primary colors of grass and sky caught my eye. I love black and white zebra images but every so often, I see a zebra composition where color seems to make the scene stand out - especially the small bit of green grass hanging out of her mouth.
