Story from behind the lens: We came across large groups of giraffe several times during our trip in November. I would have loved to have been on the side of them so that they were all facing the camera but I was happy to get this shot of them instead, all looking in the same direction forwards. They all seemed poised for action but they ambled over the ridge peacefully.
