Story from behind the lens: We had been following this leopard for almost 4hrs as she tried to make a few attempts at a hunt which all failed. At this point with the disappointment of not being able to secure a meal, she headed back to thicker bush to cool down as it got hotter. She slowly walked through the bushes that had small gaps where the light was able to come through. Suddenly she stopped to look around and the light fell on her face just perfectly while the shadows within the bush brought an element of mystery to the image.
