Description: The Lionesses of the Lemek Pride were protecting their young cubs from their older boisterous siblings

Story from behind the lens: We were following the sub adults of the Lemek Pride when suddenly Lionesses ran out of the bushes snarling and roaring. The sub adults were shocked at their mothers reaction until behind them tiny cubs bravely came out too to see why their mothers were upset. The sub adults quickly retreated as they did not want to upset their mothers. The Lionesses stood their ground protecting their young. It was a beautiful moment of mothers love to protect at all costs.
