Description: Low angle image of an old nomadic lion with a buffalo kill

Story from behind the lens: Just as we returned to the camp for lunch, we received information about a lion with a buffalo kill not too far away. As we reached the location, we saw the lion bothered by a couple of vultures perched on the nearby acacia tree. As the old fellow kept an eye on the vultures, he gave us the opportunity to shoot some images with his lunch laid in the foreground. The low angle was possible because of excellent placement of the vehicle by our guide, Fred, who made little adjustments in order to avoid grass in the foreground.
