Description: Lonely male impala
Story from behind the lens: Driving out of camp that morning, hopes were high to find and see the Marsh prides new lion cubs. We were stopped by a lonely impala standing in the middle of the road not wanting to move. That morning was frigid and much fog around us. As I called him, the 'lonely ranger', he was obviously trying to catch a few rays of sunshine as the sun rose. The fog as my backdrop and the sun rising created the perfect setting for a picture!
