Description: A mother leopard leaping from atop a tree to go to her cubs after devouring the rest of a Thomson's Gazelle from the previous day hunt.

Story from behind the lens: Very early one morning we had the incredible luck and joy of seeing this mother leopard after being told that she had been seen here the evening before. We were with for a few hours this morning as she hungrily devoured the rest of a Thomson's Gazelle from the previous day hunt. I was lucky enough to get a photo of her as she was leaping out of the tree to go back to her cubs in the bushes nearby.
