Description: An African Cape Buffalo approaches a convergence of hippo trails near the Mara River in Kenya's Mara Triangle just after sunrise.
Story from behind the lens: As the balloon took of from the Governor's Camp area we say a lot of trails through the woods that looked like dirt bike tracks. The balloon's captain pointed out that they were hippo trails going to and from the river. Not long after sunrise, I looked down and saw what looked like a convergence of hippo trails. We were moving fast enough that I was barely able to get the shot.
