Description: Portrait of a Lioness backlit in long grass

Story from behind the lens: On our morning game drive we found the Enesikiria pride just after sunrise sitting in the long grass. I decided to shoot some backlit portraits but as this lioness was low in the long grass, getting the lioness in focus with all the grass proved to be a challenge. However as the lioness moved her head between the grass I got this moment with the beautiful bokeh providing a golden glow.
