Description: The moon was still high over the savannah when we spotted this early morning herd of giraffes

Story from behind the lens: Normally it is difficult if not impossible to take a photo by moonlight in the Masai, as tourists are usually still in the camp at this time. We were lucky that a herd of giraffes passed right in front of our camp when the moon was still high over the Masai Mara.
