Description: Finding Jilime is always a bliss but this moment marked a the perfect ending of an eventful day and our visit at the Mara.

Story from behind the lens: We had a full day out in our last day in the Mara filled with many different memorable sightings. As the day approached to the end we decided to go back to the three where we left Jilime and his mom the day before. To our surprise he was still there guarding a half eaten impala. We spent the last two hours observing his every move until he made himself comfortable at the top of the three. As the sun set down we said our goodbyes and head back to camp. What a wonderful day it has been.
