Story from behind the lens: That was our first evening in the Mara, as usual we drove along the Olare Orok River and checked what kind of game is around. At this time the Mara was very wet and it was not possible to cross the rivers, that ment, that not many cars were in that area. When we came to this spot, we saw Fig resting on a termite mound in the wide open plains. At this time nobody could image what will happens to her in the next days.
