Description: Cheetah from the coalition hunts down a baby Warthog

Story from behind the lens: We had been observing the Coalition of four Cheetahs, when we heard they had killed a small Impala. Shortly after, our guides heard word that a mother Warthog had left her young one to go and look for food. This was a distance away in another field. We watched as the four began moving to the field. We drove over and positioned ourselves to view the Cheetahs approach. It seemed surreal as all four Cheetahs had red faces from their recent meal. It looked like warpaint. This image is one of the leader who came charging up the field. I think it perfectly captured his muscles, speed, intention, with a grim visage.
