Story from behind the lens: We found this beautiful male lion named, Chongo while out on our afternoon drive. He was resting just near a mound of grass, which allowed for the maximum sunlight to shine down on his beautiful mane. There was a slight breeze in the air which made for a dramatic look as his mane blew in the air. With his chin held up high, he searched the plains as if to see what was going on around him. I felt his power and confidence as he turned and looked right past us. Such a beautiful and amazing experience!
