Description: Zebra attacked by crocodiles with dazzle of onlookers

Story from behind the lens: As the zebras gathered to cross the river, one lone zebra forged ahead before all the rest. Onlookers held their breath as they watched the zebra move towards a group of hungry crocodiles. We couldn't help but wonder if this zebra was making a sacrifice for the rest? The zebra was quickly engulfed by the crocodiles and repeatedly pulled under the water, fighting for it's life for several minutes before succumbing. The remaining dazzle of zebras were able to cross without incident while the crocs were distracted devouring the remains of the lone zebra.
