Description: Pride of lions with sunrise wildebeest kill

Story from behind the lens: We happened upon a pride of lions with 8 family members present at the time of this photo. A mature male lion obviously full, belly abounding, laid to the side of the lionesses who continued to dine. Two cubs (one included in this frame) occasionally partook in breakfast as well, though mostly (cutely) gnawing on a chunk, still unable to fully tear or shred pieces of meat away. The lionesses seemed near completely oblivious to but the cubs were intently curious, necks creaked towards the trucks (between minimally successful gnaws and mama lioness snuggles, of course) and eyes alight.
