Description: This image was made in the morning and I wanted to get the Hyena backlit as I thought it would make his fur emphasized.

Story from behind the lens: We came upon a pack of Hyenas who were devouring a kill. This one seemed to have the prize piece of head and spine, and as he moved through the grasses, there was a following of more hyenas.
