Description: A beautiful cheetah takes a moment to pose in beautiful early morning backlighting after taking a bit of a bath and before his hunt.

Story from behind the lens: We were on our way to hunt for a leopard who had been spotted along the river. We were rushing to get there, but we just couldn't resist stopping for a moment to capture this beautiful light as the cheetah posed on a mound. We took a few clicks and then resumed our leopard hunt, which was unsuccessful. I'm very glad we stopped as I really loved how this image turned out.
