Description: A herd of zebra keep a watch on a Cheetah family in the Mara Triangle

Story from behind the lens: This Cheetah mother with her three cubs were in the area where she had lost her fourth cub to a snake bite the day before. It was an emotional scene as she seemed to search for him. You could tell she was in grief. While she was not in a hunting mood, nevertheless, the zebra in the background wisely kept a wary eye on her just in case.
