Story from behind the lens: This was our last day in the Mara and we spent the whole morning with the Topi pride. We got there while it was still slightly dark and just sat and waited for the sun to rise. It soon got high enough and covered the savannah in such beautiful golden light. We watched these lions slowly wake up as it got warmer and a few of the lions moved into position to watch the antelopes that were wandering around on the horizon.
