The Greatest Maasai Mara Photographer of the Year (“the Competition”) is owned and run by the Angama Foundation (“the Organizer”), a not-for-profit company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya. The Competition is governed by the Terms & Conditions (“the T&Cs”) listed below. Notwithstanding the checkbox necessary to submit an entry, the payment of the entry fee will be construed as the unconditional acceptance of the T&Cs by an Entrant to the Competition.
