We weren’t finding much on our last evening drive, but the sky was so awesome, we kept searching until we found this beautiful male lion with just a faint bit of light still illuminating him. I used a wide angle lens to capture the dramatic sky as I felt that was a key part of the image and I underexposed it so the camera would keep the image dark as it appeared to our eyes and not brighten it artificially.
