Story from behind the lens: On our final morning we had been spending time with a group of elephants & giraffe. After taking some wide angle images I decided to use my 400m prime lens to focus in more detail on the giraffe's head & neck. I like this image as it looks like the giraffe has its eyes shut in a reflective pose. I then converted to black & white as I thought this would be more suitable for the mood of the image.
