Description: A baboon after killing a gazelle , chewing on its head
Story from behind the lens: We found this baboon munching on a young gazelle. He kept it all for himself and didn’t share with anyone from his large troop. Baboons have been observed killing and eating newborn Thompson gazelles, this is the second time I see this. Sometimes baboons can also snatch small prey from other predators. Baboon’s canine teeth are longer than those of a leopard and as you can see they know how to use it 😉
