Story from behind the lens: The lioness crouched near this stream as the wildebeest came by to drink. When the timing was right she began her attack, running straight through this group of wildebeest. This shot captures the confusion, chaos, and dust the moment that her prey realizes they are being hunted by the lioness. This attack resulted in her second successful kill of the day.
