Story from behind the lens: This mother and her baby were walking apart from the herd when we came across them. They mainly had their backs to us and the mother kept her baby very close, guiding her with her trunk to keep to her side. For a brief moment they turned and stood still, revealing this lovely moment with the baby reaching its trunk forward, both seemingly smiling and utterly smitten with each other..
