Description: It is said that the eyes are the windows to the soul. Roho is the Swahili word for soul/spirit and is a befitting name for this young leopard.
Story from behind the lens: We were informed that Lorian had a kill on a tree, and Roho was with her. We got to the area to find Lorian up on a tree feeding on a wildebeest kill and the young Roho hidden down in the dense thicket. While everyone was looking at and photographing Lorian, I decided to do the opposite. I positioned myself in order to get a shot of Roho peeping through the dense thicket.
