Description: Mating pair of lion in the Mara Triangle in a rest period. The early morning sky, the green grass of the plains and the golden majesty of the king of beasts creates a special memory.

Story from behind the lens: We stayed with this pair for most of the morning as they mated in the quiet of the plains. On further research I believe this male to possibly be one of the Inselberg males, Manywele.
