Story from behind the lens: In an early morning, we found the Black Rock pride eating on a buffalo. Obviously, there was lots of lions making the picture not that great from a composition point of view, so I focused on what could be unique and more appealing visually when this lion cub started to become a bit more crazy. At some point, he climbed the big buffalo with this deep look onto his prey and I thought it was really interesting. On one hand, you have a really cute and pretty lion cub but on the other hand he is acting like if he was a hungry adult ready to kill.
