Story from behind the lens: As the herds of gnu built up along the Mara River for crossing, they presented a great opportunity to reveal the density of the herds moving through the area. The Great Migration is truly one of those rare opportunities to observe massive numbers of animals in one area and be immersed in the shear experience of being in the middle of this event.
