Description: Beautiful Kaboso, aka Pretty Girl, looking fierce as she carries a small, fresh kill back to her cub she had hidden away in some dense bush.

Story from behind the lens: It was the last night of our safari and we still hadn't seen a leopard. Our amazing guide, Chris, knew this was high on our wish list so when he heard about a Kaboso sighting on the radio we rushed over to her. She was still hiding behind some thick bush at that point, but she came out a few minutes later. After a bit of yawning and just sitting around, she walked into some other bushes and came out with this kill. We followed her for about 20 minutes as the sun was setting while she made her way back to where her cub was hiding. Chris could seem to read her mind and predict her every move, somehow always positioning us for the perfect shot as. This particular shot is my favorite from that sighting because of the eye contact with those fierce eyes of hers.
