Story from behind the lens: We had come across this beautiful male casually lying in the grass with a couple of other males in the area. We sat there admiring the majestic beauty of the lions. It was one of my last days in the Mara and after having seen so many lions walking and lying casually around, it was easy to forget just how nature really is. I wanted to capture how nature can be both beautiful and ferocious at the same time. This beautiful boy did not disappoint.
