Story from behind the lens: We found this large adult male lion in the morning rain. Initially, he had been under some bushes. As the rain kept on, quite heavy at times, he wandered out, seemingly unphased. He groomed himself in the rain, slowly, unhurriedly. Then he rolled on his back and opened his mouth...and began catching raindrops. It reminded me of my childhood, how we would dance in the summer rain, and open our mouths to catch the rain.
