Description: The olive baboon troop moved to the roosting trees in late afternoon, leaving behind a young male engrossed in foraging. Suddenly realising that he was all alone, he quickly bolted to join the others.
Story from behind the lens: It was late afternoon and I noticed a young baboon foraging all by himself. The troop was seen heading towards the forest. Knowing that the baboon would run up to join the rest, I changed the camera settings for slow speed movement. After a few seconds the baboon ran and I was busy clicking happily with a 400 mm from my land rover.
