Description: Serval mother makes a kill & returns to her kitten with rodent

Story from behind the lens: My guide Patrick got a call that a serval mother & kitten had been spotted in the reserve so we drove from our conservancy hoping that they would still be around. Luckily when we got there the mother was fixated on hunting to feed her kitten & was doing that in the open, completely unbothered by vehicles. It was the best sighting of serval I have ever had, which was made complete when the mother finally made a kill & returned to feed her kitten. It was a magical morning.
